ITS Auctions LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on all applicable transactions. Tax rates will be based on the item’s location. Our organization has no tax nexus for sales outside MN, ND, SD, FL, WA. Purchaser is therefore responsible for all applicable sales tax. Tax will be collected on all applicable items unless the Buyer provides proof of tax exemption. This proof of tax exemption must be submitted before tax amounts will be removed from the invoice and before picking up your item. Please complete the exemption form from the state in which the item(s) is located preferable or your state's exemption form. Some State Law requires that exemption forms are auction specific and will need to be completed for each individual auction. ITS Auctions LLC or its employees cannot offer advice, opinions or guarantees about whether a Bidder is, in fact, tax exempt. For eligibility questions, please contact your tax consultant or applicable state. ITS Auctions LLC will not be held liable for States’ registration requirements in regards to exemptions. We also provide some exemption applications below for your convenience but these must be submitted to the state not to us and must be completed well in advance of the auction. Guidelines and regulations regarding tax exemptions may vary between states. MN State law requires the following elements to be on a tax exemption certificate. Since we are a Minnesota Company we require that your form submitted as at lease the following five elements written somewhere on the form.
